• Coordinate with Sales Officers / Customers for collection of property documents to take the sales proposal forward.• A perusal of Title Flow and other relevant approvals• Co-ordinate with the Panel advocate and obtain Legal Search Report (LSR) within TAT• Clear the sale proposal based on the LSR • Collect the Original Title Documents (OTD) from Customer / Sales Team• Verify OTD and ensure they are in line with LSR and initiate Disbursal Approvals • Visit Registrar Offices for MOD Execution and Cancellation• Ensure registration of Sale Deed and Mortgage Registration in Purchase Cases• Hand over of Cheques to Customers in Post Disbursal Documents (PDD) cases• Follow up on PDD Documents and collect them within TAT • Initiate legal action for 60+ Delinquent Cases• Visit customers on all 90+ Cases and normalize them through proper execution of legal tools• Empanelment and Management of Legal Vendors • Responsible for routine legal to ensure compliance with Company's policies, internal control, procedure and applicable laws and regulations • Sound knowledge of drafting, vetting, all types of agreements, (including lease, leave & license) and other documents;• Carrying out property due diligence; • Well Conversant with Litigation. Attending court hearings• Visiting Police Stations to resolve issues• Handle cases filed against the company/issue reply to notices received.• Managing litigation portfolio and supervision of external legal counsel and other professional advisers as necessary and managing the associated costs.• Managing systems and processes to ensure efficiency in the administration of the legal function• Legal advisory support to the Management and organization at all levels on a variety of corporate and legal issues.• Training and education of Sales / Credit Team on Legal Process • Work in close collaboration with Centre and Regional legal team to ensure effective & efficient handling of legal matters in the cluster.
