I co-founded Spoken Hub in 2002 as CTO, become CEO in 2004. I remained an owner of the business and served on its operating committee until selling the business to Triangle Digital Ventures in 2022. I founded Sitebridge and was responsible for product management, UX, and engineering. I also served on the Board of Directors from our founding through the sale of the business.Sitebridge was one of the first multi-tenant SaaS products, and the first live chat customer service platform. Our clients included Charles Schwab, E*Trade, and L.L. Bean. Sitebridge was acquired by eGain in May 1999.

At Goldman, I designed and developed software frameworks, APIs, and applications for the Fixed Income Research group. My day-to-day work included requirements, UX, and full-stack development of portfolio analytics applications in X-Windows/Motif/C++ on SunOS; and building reusable C++ libraries for portfolios of securities, data frames, and report generation.

At Bellcore, I was software engineer in the systems engineering and software development of Operations System Software (OSS) for provisioning and unit inventory of telecommunications services. Our team developed Bellcore CodeGen, a system that automatically generated code and DDL for OSS software, API contracts, and associated technical documentation automatically from object models (using Booch methodology and STP). Bellcore was the research and standards arm of the Baby Bells, split from Bell Labs at the divestiture of The Bell System. Bellcore was later acquired by SAIC.
