Helped identify critical bugs with SSL inspection and Sky Advanced threat protection and security intelligence features and provided resolution collaborating with the sustaining engineering and development team. This helped with a revenue of around 5 million USD through subscriptions and renewals. • During the pandemic, Amazon reported access issues in several fulfillment center locations in the US and where prime day sale set to go off in a weeks time.
