• Worked as an HR Generalist and was a shared resource between the People Success team and the Talent Acquisition team.• One of the first responsibilities was to set up the HRMS system - Zoho People from scratch. I served as the Director of Media and Communication for nearly 4 months in which I wrote press releases on behalf of the organization to international agencies. Work also included collaborating with International Talent and Speakers to add value to the organization. We worked very closely with the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan with a diplomatic contract to have them grace the organization as our stakeholders. I also ran a team of interns, who, under my guidance were able to efficiently market the organization. Collectively, we managed to increase overall following on our Social Media Platforms by nearly 70%.

Started the post as a social media coordinator and slowly took over the role of a Marketing Consultant and worked closely with researchers and the Designing Team to come up with engaging and attractive content for our target audience. With excellent performance, was promoted to the post of a Director before my tenure was up.

- The internship was focused on Consumer Behaviour analysis and implementation of the new social media strategy.- I conducted a market research to find the Customer Experience and scrutinize the Consumer Journey Map by contacting 300+ drop case customers and finding their indecision to choose Topsel. - The findings of the research lead to an organization-wide restructuring and helped the Sales Team make progress on their targets.- Suggested changes to the existing social media strategy and broaden our channels of marketing and experiment with newer stimulus.

- As a BDR intern, I was given exposure to various functions of the business and trained on effective councelling of students and parents who seeked enrollment for courses.- Served as the official brand ambassador and engaged in partnership conversations with colleges for sponsorship tie-ups, primarily to enhance the firm's consumer base (as college students were our target market).- Collaborated with the PR team to work on branding initiatives - creating posters and blogs. I conducted primary research to understand the consumer journey of our clients and students enrolled in competitor institutions to streamline marketing outreach and target the pain points expressed by students. In doing so, learnt how to use new tools such as Google Forms, Canva, Google Ads.- Collaborated with the Placements Team of colleges to set up interactive workshops (online and offline) with our founder on topics such as 'How to Write Your Resume' and 'Where do you start when you want to Prepare for Further Studies.'
