Conducting the Training as per Training Calendar of the Organization. Conducting the Pre and Post Training analysis for the every Participant. Taking care of the Pan India Training for Olympus branches.4. Conducting the On Time Performance Appraisal Management for the Organization and executing the elements of it.5. Ensuring the wellness of the Employees for HO and Branches through Timely annual wellness check up and vaccination for all employees, including he various awareness campaigns for them.6. Carrying out all HR Engagement related activities like generating he quarterly newsletters and executing the recreational activities fr the employees.
