Implemented a process with Pine Labs to enable efficient device delivery, reducing TAT from 11-15 days to 0-3 days and setup a weekly escalation mechanism that reducedmerchant escalations from 12 to 2%. Consolidated feedback from 200+ merchants and championed implementation of featuressuch as "Search by Name" to improve the merchant experience while adding items to the bill, reducing bill generation time by 50%. "IMEI number on bill format" to enable mobile phone sellers to use SmartPOS, leading to 150 new merchants, and "merchant store’s logo" on the bill, increasing retention rate by 30%.

Designed and implemented an alternate sales channel and identified 2 major partners with the lowest CAC (INR 3200 & 3400 v/s market bench-mark of INR 6000-7500) for an estimated onboarding of 10,000 merchants in 4 tier-2 cities in a span of 6 months. Developed a complete distribution channel, compiling a list of over 400 POS distributors in India to onboard 10,000 merchants in 8 tier-2 and 3 cities in 6 months. Benchmarked these distributors based on their earnings, hardware and software dealing, market experience, and customer service approach. Worked for the SmartConnect team to onboard existing A.in merchants (with offline stores) on the SmartConnect platform to give them a single view of their offline and online inventory. Pitched to 200+ sellers & successfully registered 54 sellers in a span of 3 months.

Worked as the customer success lead for Shoppers Stop and Vishal Mega Mart, successfully onboarding 110 Shoppers Stop stores and 244 Vishal Mega Mart stores on the Ultra POS platform. Managed end-to-end store training, device delivery, and support until optimal usage metrics were achieved (8 bills per day per device for Shoppers Stop and 20 bills per day per device for Vishal Mega Mart). Worked as the customer success lead for 20 brands (Beardo, Wonder-chef, The Man Company, Himalaya, etc.) to onboard them on PhonePe Switch (MiniApps) via the Perpule StoreSe platform. Handled the brands to upload catalog, inventory and shiporders within the defined SLAs. scaled these 20 brands to achieve a daily average of 30 orders.
