As a Senior Technology Analyst, Prakhar is responsible for :• Leading the technical delivery and implementation/rollout for SAP VIM at DWS Group. This role requires active participation in design, feasibility analysis, rigorous testing, reliability analysis and implementation of clear and robust integrated procurement solutions.• Working in a multi Vendor model in order to deliver country based rollouts and enhancements for SAP VIM OT.• Working with extended IT Infra teams to ensure seamless accessibility of procurement applications.• Participating in org-wide Audits and fulfilling various tasks for internal organization's regulatory risk controls and overall application audit-compliance.• Implemented best practices and industry standards to enhance invoice processing efficiency and accuracy.• Driving the change and Persuading business to follow through, thus delivering well tested & documented changes.• Leading the Production Support activities with a great and able team working on issues and defects across the board. • Planning and chairing multiple cadences with stakeholders to establish a healthy collaborative environment for timely delivery.

• Understanding the AS-IS Process of the Client• Making the client comfortable with the TO-BE Process and explaining the product from ground zero over multiple demos• Designing Blueprint and Technical Architecture of the System and obtaining Sign-Off from Multiple Parties Involved• Setting up the VIM Solution in solution setup phase for relevant stakeholders• Collaborating across different stakeholders spread across different geographies• Guiding the Team on Unit Test Cases, SIT, UAT and preparations of necessary hand-over documents• Working with different Teams and Clients to agree upon a Cut-over Strategy and final Production Go-Live.
