As a seasoned Business Intelligence (BI) Manager, I have been instrumental in establishing and expanding the BI practice on a global scale, starting from the ground up. It also resulted in highly scalable data integration layer migration from FiveTran to Python based Custom ETL. Technical Assessment & Procurement: Conducted comprehensive technical assessments to identify the most suitable BI tools and technologies for the organization which enabled cost-saving and efficiency. Managed the procurement process, ensuring the acquisition of high-quality, cost-effective solutions. Enterprise Data Warehouse Setup: Led the design and implementation of an Enterprise Data Warehouse, integrating data from various sources into a unified, accessible system. This project enhanced data consistency and reliability, facilitating more accurate and timely business decisions. Business Insights: Developed advanced BI reporting and dashboard solutions, providing critical business insights to stakeholders. These tools enabled data-driven decision-making, contributing to improved operational efficiency and strategic planning. Boost & Marketplace Billing: Managed the BI aspects of the Boost & Marketplace Billing project, implementing analytics solutions to optimize billing processes and enhance revenue management.

Worked as Project Manager/Technical Consultant for client Mondelez International Inc. In my role I successfully drove multiple projects to fruition for Mondelez International Inc. My responsibilities and achievements included: Data Pipeline Architecture: I led the design and implementation of robust data pipelines using custom ETL based on PySpark hosted on ADLS which was later migrated to GCP. It ensured seamless data flow and facilitated efficient big data processing. Predictive Modelling & Machine Learning: Utilizing machine learning algorithms like Bayes, Logistic Regression etc. to derive causal factors of product selection by customers thereby helping in targeted sales/marketing efforts. Sales, Marketing & Financial Reporting: I was instrumental in generating critical reports across Sales, Marketing, and Finance departments using BI (Business Intelligence) tools. These reports provided valuable insights and acted as key drivers for various strategic initiatives such as:o Product Placement Strategies: Leveraged sales and marketing data to devise effective product placement strategies, optimizing visibility and boosting sales.o Sales Performance Tracking: Implemented real-time sales tracking using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools, enabling the company to monitor sales performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.o Customer Billing: Streamlined the customer billing process by providing accurate financial reporting, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.

At Softtek, apart from some internal POCs, I primarily worked for Burger King, USA as primary owner for their BI workspace that included tools like Informatica, Tableau and Business Objects.
