Trinium-TMS (Transportation Management System) Trinium provides a complete ERP solution for intermodal and multimodal trucking operations. Trinium enables companies to completely automate their processes including but not limited to order receipt, customer service, operations, billing and driver settlements. Roles and Responsibilities:•Researching, consulting, analysing and evaluating system program needs•Writing and maintaining program code in 4GL Language to meet system requirements, system designs and technical specifications in accordance with quality accredited standards•Unit Testing, Integration Testing, debugging, diagnosing and fixing errors in application modules•Providing advice, guidance and expertise in developing proposals for software design activities•Monitor and fix raised defects in the ‘ConnectWise’ ticketing system •Create/Update functional and design specifications for newly introduced/updated commands•Providing phone support to clients in USA for troubleshooting issues and procedural questions•Review code and documents written by others•Work with QA Team and review Test Plans to ensure all deliveries met defined quality standards•Document Release notes for delivery•Code release into the production environment•Preparing test plan, performing smoke testing, system and functionality testing •Creating, maintaining and executing Test scripts and Test cases based on the specifications •Write clear and concise defect reports and raise defects found during testing and escalate in accordance with set procedures
