The responsibilities in JSC Pupt, better known as a trademark "Pusku pusku" includes: ▪ Preparation of new marketing strategy for EU markets, implementation; ▪ Supervising of marketing department, budget planning and control;▪ Maintenance of marketing measures for B2B and B2C clients; ▪ Improvement of company's e-shops, supervision of social networks;▪ New products development for the market, from idea to the final result; ▪ Creation of promotional campaigns, research of new sources to promote the brand in the Europe.Pusku pusku is bean bags manufacturing company based in Lithuania. The story of Pusku pusku started in 2008, currently company is producing more than 20 different models (armchairs, puffs, sofas etc.) in various materials. Today Pusku pusku is exporting to European countries and looking for new partners all over the world.

Course: Innovation and New Product Development▪ Students evaluated my performance by 9,9 (of 10) and ranked me as a TOP 3 lecturer during their 2 year studies.▪ During my course I have invited guest speakers (7 total) from various industries to share their journey and insights of running innovations and product development challenges.

Starting from January till the end of June 2015 I was working at JSC Birštono mineraliniai vandenys as an export manager. It is a part of program "Sparnai" at Enterprise Lithuania.The responsibilities in JSC Birštono mineraliniai vandenys included:▪ Analysis of drinking water competitors in Lithuania, Spain, Germany, the Netherlands markets;▪ Preparation of measures to increase company’s export, supervision of social networks;▪ Cooperation with agents, participation in business meetings in Spain;▪ Preparation for exhibition "Expo Milano 2015" in Italy;▪ Developing of export strategy for the German and Dutch markets for 2015-2016.Birstonas Mineral Water is a modern company that uses both advanced technologies and strict methods of quality control, aiming at making natural mineral water reach the consumer of the same quality as used by our ancestors, when they were drawing it from the source. At present, the Company markets natural mineral water Vytautas, Birutė, and Akvilė.

I was one of 16 participants in young export leaders program - "Sparnai"​. This is the first program in Lithuania, covering government and business partnership for a common goal - to increase the country's competitiveness, developing a high level of export professionals through hands-on experience, in line with today's market demands. It is a project of 2 years aiming at improving exports of Lithuanian goods.The responsibilities at Enterprise Lithuania included:▪ Preparation of export documents for Lithuanian export beginners;▪ Analysis of creative industries and textile sectors, prepared measures to increase export;▪ Meetings with Lithuanian small and medium-sized companies, enterprises consultancy;▪ Searching of potential partners for innovative conference ,,Silicon Valley comes to the Baltics“ and ,,Life Sciences Baltics“.

From July to the end of December 2014 I was working at JSC Baltasis pyragas as an export manager. It is a part of program "Sparnai"​ at Enterprise Lithuania.The responsibilities in JSC Baltasis pyragas included:▪ Preparation of company’s export audit, analysis of bakery products competitors and pricing level;▪ Preparation of comparative analysis of 7 potential export markets: IL, LV, NO, ES, PL, CA, DK;▪ Preparation of marketing plan for company's export in 2015;▪ Organization of new marketing and sales material for Polish and Spanish markets;▪ Collaboration with Spanish agent, Poland, Belarus and Israel representatives while searching new partners.JSC "Baltasis pyragas" is one of the largest bakeries in Lithuania, which bakes real traditional Lithuanian bread. Companies assortment consists of dark rye bread, white rye-wheat bread, white wheat bread, long loaf, bread bowls for soup. Most of the products are without preservatives and additives.

From January to the end of June 2014 I was working at Workshop of Photonics (JSC Altechna R&D) as an business development manager. It is a part of program "Sparnai" at Enterprise Lithuania.The responsibilities at JSC Altechna R&D included:▪ Analysis of company’s services (laser micromachining tasks), market research of German and United Kingdom;▪ Research of the new sources and ways to promote the brand; ▪ Supervision of social networks (Youtube, Youku, LinkedIn, Wikipedia, etc.);▪ Preparation for exhibitions in China, Israel, Lithuania, Germany;▪ Preparation of export and marketing strategy for 2 years (2014-2015). Workshop of Photonics is a brand of company Altechna R&D. Company develops instruments and solutions for laser micromachining tasks: from feasibility studies to customized optical modules and from electronic devices to a laser machines. Services are targeted to industry and to academic customers.

The responsibilities at JSC Dizaino Arkliukas included:▪ Coordination of team work (6-12 designers and programmers);▪ Planning and implementation of web projects (websites, e-shops, other online systems);▪ Management and quality control of websites, testing of content management systems;▪ Relationship with external partners (printing houses, media agencies, etc.);▪ Supervision of social networks (Facebook, Google+, LinkedIn, etc.).

The responsibilities at JSC Fabrica included:▪ Consulting potential customers of Nokia mobile phones (independently or with team);▪ Presentation of the latest products on the market (events, conferences, shopping centers, etc.);▪ Promotion of active sales (B2B and B2C customers), preparation of the reports;▪ Regular training on the latest global technologies (mobile applications, products, software, etc.).
