HR, Front office, IPD, Pharmacy, Emergency, Admission, Discharge, Transfer, Ambulance, Store, Diagnostic Service, Intensive care, OT management. • Sensitization of Hospital Staff on Quality Management System. • Conceptualize policies, procedures, guidelines, forms in association with the various departments to ensure highest compliance, thereby ensuring adherence to health authority regulations.• Creation of Policy & Procedure as per NABH/NABL/ISO Guidelines & syndication of the same from the process owners.
