•Responsible for handling team of 60 Employees who are responsible for the entire Operation Process starting with Order came into the System until it gets delivered to the End User.•Responsible for Handling Entire Warehouse operation Management and also responsible for On time Delivery of Orders to the Customer.•Responsible for Inwarding the Goods on Daily basis and getting it Quality Check and processing the Orders under the TAT .•Co-ordination with the Logistics partner on Daily Basis for On time Delivery Status and checking the TAT for delivering the Orders.•Assisting Customer Service and Vendors and Procurement Team on daily basis with the Pending Orders.•Maintain a clean, professional and safe working environment by inspecting and scheduling maintenance, and ensuring that warehouse equipment is properly accounted for and in safe working condition.•Responsible for all Warehouse Expenses (whether related to Packaging Cost or Logistics Cost). Responsible for minimizing the Warehouse Cost but with No Compromise on Service and Delivery Quality.•Responsible for checking Any Wrong Order/ Shipment Label / RTO / Inward.•Responsible for analysis month n month Operation efficiency and also Dispatch TAT.

1. Inventory control management, Execution of Inventory audit/Cycle Counting/Global Counting/Perpetual Inventory/Bin Consistency check, Quarterly Stock Take, yearly stock audit, taking action against shortage/excess/mismatch and finding the root cause of the problem2. Function as Inventory specialist for WH-Operation team which includes compilation and analysis of data, Process definition along with process audit, solving the technical issues, Gap Analysis, Co-ordination with ERP team in order to improve further, Function as bridge among the teams in organization.3. Monitoring in-transit as well as outside main storage location inventory4. Defining non-moving, slow-medium-fast moving item. Space utilization analysis. Scrap management.5. Ensure implementation & Execution of WH-Operation SOP’s including certification and company standards for safety, efficiency and cleanliness.6. Handling 5 category (15000+SKUs) with team of 50 manpower (Put away/Picking/Inventory control)7. Put Away-Daily inspection of warehouse material that material stacks as per stacking standard8. Implementation of 5’S (Sort, Straighten, Shine, Standardize, sustain)9. Conduct a training & development programme, maintaining the high energy level and team sprit within the team10. Material condensing in warehouse, inventory as per the warehouse rule, bin to bin movement.
