Hello friends, myself Pramod Chauhan I am working in Prime Tools at Ahmednagar, Maharashtra. I am a mold maker, tool designer, and machine operator. I have completed my education in computer application. I wanted to work in the engineering field so I am learning and working in the mold manufacturing industry.I have worked as a mold maker intern at Prime Tools since, where I learned practical skills in injection mold & compression molds, and now, we can provide whole modifications or can able to solve defects in manufacturing like 1. Short shot, 2. Flash, 3. Welding lines, 4. Sink mark, 5. Burn marks, 6. Warpage, 7. Jetting, etc., and many more for our plansMy focus is on tool designing and tool development that looks great and works well. I am skilled in a range of machine operations including Lathe machine (turning), Surface grinding machine, Electrical discharge machining (EDM), Drilling & tapping, etc. I have worked on tools and designs from different industries, such as consumer goods, electrical components, pipes, and fittings, etc. both in thermoplastics like ABS, PP, Polycarbonates and Polyamides, PVC, CPVC, etc. and in thermosets like SMC, Backlite, & DMC etc. Now I am working full-time in Prime Tools, I represent myself from Prime Tools we are providing service for injection mold, compression mold, mold maintenance, and modification, from problems like flash clearance to modification like changing all the plates of mold. We are providing research and development for all kinds of tools.We have excellent design support, and the latest innovative technology, for manufacturing and developing new tools. My goal is to create tools that are both visually appealing and more productive through our excellent design and prototyping. I take pride in exceeding client expectations and delivering molds and tools on time.
