Responsibilities include:-Functional Requirement Analysis, Data Gathering, Test Case Execution, Test Report Management, UAT Testing, Implementation and UAT Environment Setup. Defect Tracking and Test Closure Sign-Off.-Design and implement the application and workflows as per BAU requirements on UAT/POC setup and take sign off from clients.-Technical Documentation and Reporting.-Act as a bridge between the clients/pre-sales and development team to ensure effective implementation and support to validate tools requirements based on agreed processes.

-Responsible for Service Management implementation with flexible work-flow engine and centralized service delivery management.-Act as point-of-contact for enterprise/MSP clients of SapphireIMS.-Support to validate ITSM/SapphireIMS tools requirements based on agreed processes.-Carrying out standard, complex and integrated software modifications.-Managing Software license tracking and management.-Analyze the logs at various levels to determine the severity/scope of the issues.-Reporting bugs and creating enhancement requests for the respective teams.-Analyze/ fix defects & various bugs in the product and test the features for various test cases.-Familiarity with developer and IT tools and web services. Knowledge of database structure with knowledge of writing basic database queries.-Escalate cases to other internal teams and/or escalation engineers with appropriate documentations.-Document technical references and maintain repository of various defect fixes and enhancements.-Involved in integration of other software solutions such as HRMS systems at various requirement levels.
