I have worked as Inspector, Superintendent, Assistant Commissioner of Customs and Central Excise in Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (Formerly known as Central Board of Excise and Customs) under the Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance, Government of India. I have studied Law and obtained LL. B. degree from Mumbai University. By virtue of my varied experience in the department and study of law I have gained in-depth practical and theoretical knowledge of laws concerning GST, Service Tax, Customs, Central Excise and and Foreign Trade Policy. I have now become expert in litigation in the matters of GST, Service Tax, Customs, Central Excise and and Foreign Trade Policy. Since July 2017 I have been handling the litigation matters pertaining to GST, Service Tax, Customs, Central Excise and and Foreign Trade Policy and providing Consultancy Services in the these fields.I would be happy to provide the above mentioned services on contract/retainership basis to the individuals/businesses.
