Gauges, PID Controller, etc.)- Erection, commissioning and Maintenance of Coal Boiler, Steam Turbine, Chiller.- Trouble shooting Maintenance and programming of DCS (Yokogawa-Centum VP), PLC & SCADA(Allen-Bradley, Siemens) systems.- Adept in SAP Operation (Item Code, Reservation creation, Purchase Requisition, Technical Recommendation, Purchase order Generation).- Actively involved in new plant modifications & New Projects- Handling Contractor for various plant maintenance work purpose.

-Headed Instrumentation & Electrical Maintenance Department, reporting directly to Vice President (works)-Development of monthly maintenance schedule and monitoring their execution. -Work planning, monitoring, controlling and preventive, corrective as well as break down maintenance. -Procurement of equipment's for Instrumentation & Electrical Department, Negotiating with Vendor and inspecting Materials.-Maintaining and monitoring total inventory for instrumentation and Electrical systems.-Trouble shooting & maintenance of Siemen’s DCS System (PCS-7), Air Circuit Breaker (L & T) etc.-DG set (1000 KVA), Air Drier, Air Compressor & Transformer maintenance.-Process Instruments Calibration and maintenance (Contol Valve, Safety Valve, Flow, I/P, Temperature and Pressure Transmitter, gauges, PID controller etc.)-Maintaining ISO documentations for electrical & instrumentation dept.-Adept in SAP Operation
