Responsible for designing Audio Visual and networking solutions for Corporate, Hospitality, Entertainment venues, Auditoriums, Home Theatres, Home Automation, Public Addressing, Networking, Audio distribution, Switching and routing, Networking and security, PA & BGM etc,.- Create preliminary conceptual design and Rough Order of Magnitude Cost Estimates.- Create and manage Request for Proposals for client services.- Provide the scope of work and preparation of functionality documents.- Manage RFI’s, Change Order process, reconcile vendor contracts and approve client invoices.- Prepare & finalize BOQ’s.- Build tender documents.- Manage project scope of work and project team resources.- Project Planning & Management.- Coordinate relocation of existing AV, networking and security equipment as required.- Manage build out of AV and networking infrastructure design and assist with integration as needed.- Develop close-out documentation.Having strong proven track record of understanding the client needs and showcase/present conceptual presentations to help them take decisions. Roles & Responsibilities- Identifying and developing business opportunities for the Company’s creative solutions in IT, Audio visual, Networking, Security as well as the Company’s creativity services. - Preparing the annual Business Development Plan; as well as preparing the annual Work Plan.- Responsible for achieving the assigned targets.- Generating revenue in terms of brining in new projects to the company.- Developing and redesigning product to meet goals and objectives of organization- Conducting research on new products and evaluating specific requirements of customer- Training the end users and influencers on the latest products and solutions.- Negotiating prices and terms of sales.- Working with customers to ensure smooth delivery and implementation of AV solutions.- In depth exposure to the Audio Visual system design and presentation and ensure customer satisfaction.- Carry good knowledge on audio video conferencing solutions and unified collaboration solutions.- Carry knowledge on various AV connectivity, thumb rules in-terms of room ambiance for enterprise video solutions, audio solutions.- Carry good knowledge on professional audio solutions, audio conferencing solutions in the market. - Hands on experience in understanding the requirement and designing and selling video wall solutions, collaboration solutions, interactive solutions, professional audio, professional video, comprehensive AV solution, AV switching and routing and other backend AV equipment etc..- Involved in building good relationship with the end users.- Involved in selling off excess inventory and stock- Vendor Management
