Firm is engaged in Laying Pipeline by Horizontal Directional Drilling under rivers and canals. We take contracts from Main contractors of Indian Oil and GAIL. The firm is promoted and managed by me. The main activities of firm are being mentioned hereunder.Identification of projects floated by mainly Indian and GAILQuotation and negotiation of contract and procurement of work order.Arrangement of suitable machine, material and labour to execute the project.Submission of Design and drawing for approval of Indian Oil and GAIL.Management and execution of project.Submission of as built drawings and Invoice.Maintenance of Accounts, banking, Finance, GST and Tax Laws.

Roles and Responsibilities:Day to day look after the accounts, banking, finance, commercial and statutory activities of the company.Liaison with Sales Tax, Vat, Income tax, Service Tax, Entry Tax, Customs, PF, ESI consultants of the company to complete statuary formalities of the company.Finalization of accounts for Statutory, Tax and Foreign Transactions audit of the company.Dealing with RBI for project export approval to file PEX forms and project progress report in the forms FER-I and FER-II and various approvals for service contracts and remittance of Foreign exchange.Preparation and comparison of budgets of Projects to calculate the variance and report Management.To work the possibilities of savings in Double Taxation provisions for profits and TDS deducted out of the proceeds of foreign remittance.To overview contracts with Clients like IOCL, GTCL, GAIL, CPC to secure the financial Interest of the company. Highlights: Set-up of project, site, branch offices and registration of the company in Bangladesh, UAE, Nigeria, Israel & Taiwan Obtained WCT exemptions in Andhra Pradesh, UP & Rajasthan Procured 10 Crores Import License to save customs duty. Regularized govt. dues and statutory payments worth INR 10 Crores Established a robust purchase & supply chain function in the organization & ensured smooth function & flow of the information. Initiated costs savings in operations with approx. savings of Rs. 5 Cr. per annum Liaised with various authorities like custom, sale tax, excise, export promotion councils & Industrial Chambers Played a key role in the restructuring of group companies & various businesses to avail maximum incentives & tax benefits and increased valuation of the group Saved INR 6-7 Crores / US$ 1.25 Million annually in the accounting & billing department budget by me Reduced INR 1 Crores over accrued expenses through expense and margin analyses.

HOD-AccountsRole: Managing Central Accounts department and four branches in Nigeria with 30 staff. Handling the following activities:o Accounts of eighteen dealers located all over Nigeria. o Consolidating MIS and profitability reporting to Management.o Credit to Corporate customers and dealers.o Managing banking, fund planning, budgeting and suppliers payments.o Looking after parts planning and control.o Overall inventory management.o Preparation of final accounts and tax returns.Highlights: Pivotal in detecting frauds and financial irregularities in accounts, stores and other related departments and reported to management to the tune of USD 10 millions. Streamlined the financial reporting system to management for efficient management. Trained existing and New Staff in accounts and inventory management. Recovered Old and bad debts to the tune of USD 2 MILLION. Managed a team of 30 members.
