Reviewing and approving design drawings, shop drawings, method statements and requestfor information (RFI) as per IFC drawings, specifications and authority standards for roadsand pavement works, major utilities such as Sewerage, Drainage, Potable Water, Irrigation,Telecommunications, Street Lights, Firefighting and Road crossing ducts . Detailed study of contract specifications, drawings and bill of quantities and ensuring thatthe work is carrying out according to the contractual & technical requirements. Performing daily site visits, monitoring the progress of works and resources as per the baseline programme, preparing site reports and reporting to Resident Engineer and PM. Attending various meetings with client, authorities, contractors and others for the executionof the projects and preparing and distribution of minutes of meeting. Coordinating with design team, utility agencies and government authorities for variousapprovals in project execution for the smooth functioning of the project. Reviewing daily report, weekly report, monthly report and providing valuable guidelines forthe project to enhance quality, time and cost. Providing guidelines and timely instructions to site inspectors and surveyors for daily workinspection and approval of inspection requests to get high quality of work done. Preparation of contractual correspondence including letters, Engineer’s instructions (Siteinstructions) and issuing and closing NCR’s related to the project. Coordinating with EHS and QA/QC teams and inspecting the quality & safety of works andreporting to Resident Engineer. Detailed analysis of design NOC and construction NOC documents and coordinating withrelevant authorities for the issuance of design and construction NOCs. Verifying roads, pavements and utility networks according to the design parameters andservice corridor allocations using Civil 3D and Autocad.
