CurrentImplemented Network processes/guidelines across all circles in PAN-India basis for smooth & efficient network operations like Fault, Configurations, Performance & Security Management of network and network equipments in coordination with Circle team/MS vendors/OEMs.• Successfully completed Managed Services model with ZTE, Huawei & Ericsson for 15-commercial launched circles. Prepared SLA & RASIC model document for implementing Managed Service Model for smooth transition of network operations from existing resources to new resources.• Successfully completed BSC civil & shelter projects at Nagpur, Hubli, Bikaner & Madurai location during the year 2011. Managing & coordinating Passive Infra Projects (MSC/BSC) for the current year on PAN-India basis.• Implementation of PIM/SIEM centralized network security solution for MTS CDMA network elements are in process as per the DoT guidelines at Delhi & Chennai location.• Worked on various network topologies, Routers, Switches & routing protocol like MPLS, L2/L3, L2 IP VPN, BGP, EIGRP, BGP, OSPF etc. during FCAPS implementation in TTSL Centralized NOC.• Conduct process & security audit, TL900 Network Audit for all network equipments across all circles & guide the Network team to make security compliance as per the DoT /standard security guidelines. • Extend support to the esteemed vendor for providing remote support during catastrophic failure of the network through IPSec VPN and SSL VPN technologies to fix-up the issues.
