Strategizing production and operations, to meet the delivery schedule of Production. •Ensuring compliances to process control standards & work instructions of Production.•Manpower optimization and budget allocations.•Authorize to take corrective actions.•Ensuring production & repairs of tools, dies to meet the production.•Ensuring production & repairs of tools, jigs & fixtures to meet the production.•Maintaining adequate work environment, Line balancing.•Productivity improvement studies and improving profitability of the various products.•Hands on experience in implementing Kaizen, 5S and other Japanese manufacturing techniques.•Working knowledge on modern manufacturing methods and techniques.
