 Update KYC profiles in accordance with the Group Policy, which includes undertaking due diligence and obtaining documents as required from the client / Relationship Manager (RM) Support KYC requirements for Global Banking & Markets and Commercial Banking for customers across multiple business lines and ensuring AML regulations and HSBC policies and procedures are fully implemented. Provide timely, high-quality and flexible KYC client identification for potential clients wishing to do business with HSBC. Ensure KYC escalation policies are followed and issues are escalated to Management in a timely fashion. Review extended due diligence to assess risk by forwarding comments to Compliance for agreement and approval. Ensure accurate completion of the risk assessments of individual relationships in accordance with Bank policy and Regulator guidance. Reviewing CDD profiles prepared by remediation analysts before forwarding them for further approval as a Quality Analyst

 Responsible for sales and marketing activities -lead generation, conversion and collection. Making presentation to walk in and corporate clients, replying to their queries, convincing them in accordance to their requirements Organizing site visits and making direct presentation to the customers, providing updates on the availability of the flats & status of the project.  Planning, organizing and implementation of marketing and promotional activities for the corporate to generate bulk booking Coordinating for preparing the brochure, flyers, hoardings and related marketing activities Updating about the project details, generating leads and maintaining good relationship with the International Property Consultants and local brokers.  Preparing Weekly & monthly sales & marketing report, MIS, competitor’s information, micro market analysis report and update the senior management regularly.
