Ensured that the installation, inspection and testing of all the M&P equipment, fittings and work implemented meets the specification and the consultant requirements. Reviewed all project scope and budget documents for submission to management. Attended project weekly meetings to discuss the site execution issues related to quality, progress and safety. Review MEP contractor shop drawing prior to submittal for service coordination and coordination with other construction elements. Check the activities on site and provide the necessary reminders to the Project Director, Construction Manager and the Planning Engineer for any immediate action. Review material/equipments technical submittals & method statements from MEP contractor for specification compliance. Ensure all builders works drawings are comprehensive and discussed with the various engineers for the best implementation and installation of services in coordination with other parties and main contractor. Assisting in preparation of coordination drawings (Builders work, Schematic & Sectional layouts). Providing MEP information to site team and to ensure that the subcontracted MEP works comply with requirements and program, arranging of MEP clearance to proceed with Civil construction works.(Structural, Concrete& finishing). Attending the technical and progress meetings with Client & Consultants. Coordinate with main contractors, sub-contractors, MEP coordinator, Engineers and Construction Manager to obtain clearance before starting the work to ensure smooth and efficient execution of work. Monitoring the site progress for all type of mechanical, plumbing and firefighting services installations and coordination with other services for maintenance space, access & interfacing. Solving day to day site problems between MEP trade with civil construction, architectural, interior & other trades. Ensure that Company HSE policies are implemented at site in coordination with health and safety department. To inspect concealed MEP service installation prior to closure of void/riser etc. in conjunction with QA/QC and obtaining consultant sign off. Ensuring that the MEP commissioning activities are on schedule and follow-up of commissioning progress and constraints.

PROJECTS HANDLED: 44 Storied Fujairah Towers Fujairah Hospital Fujairah Port Fujairah Sheikh Palace Supervision of all infrastructural activities including sewerage, drainage, water supply, Irrigation, Firefighting, Landscaping & Mechanical works. Review and approve the material submittals & samples according to the project specifications & codes. Liaising with local authorities and their requirements and submission of information for obtaining NOC& approvals. Witness on-site inspection for all type of tests (Pressure test, Water leak test, Visual inspections) as per the approved ITP. Attending site progress & technical meetings with contractor and client. Continuous review of the contractor’s construction schedule during the progress of site works with regards to MEP services and report to the project Manager on the same. Monitoring and promoting health and safety on the site. Record and report any breaches to the Project Manager / Safety Department. If required stop the construction works if unsafe practices are being followed. Manage the day to day work of the MEP team. Work with Superintendent on project logistics and temporary facility plans.
