Since July 2013 to Present as Area Business Manager- Trade (Western UP & UK)Brand-Titan, Sonata, Fastrack, Xylys ,Tommy Hilfiger,Police ,Kenneth kole , Accessories Business and spare parts. Achieving Primary targets for all Distributors and direct dealers as per business plan. Achieving secondary targets for all dealers and distributors with minimum credit. Handling team of 5 Direct reportees and 2 parallel reportees,Responsible for their motivation and development by providing adequate training. Credit control for dealers and extending /reducing credit depending upon market conditions. Formulating annual business plan for all distributors and associates and paving building blocks for achievement of same. Healthy Return on Investment for all associates and distributors. QPS scheme designing in coordination with brand managers and supply chain. Stock forecasting and C&F stock alignment as per targets planned. Planning BTL activities and allocating budgets to Sales Executives for execution. Ensuring Sales Executives covering market as per norms and Resolving dealer issues.. Increasing market share and Network expansion. Opening of exclusive showroom and property selection. Retail metrics and retail operations of exclusive showroom and dealers. Timely evaluation of C&F and distributor operations. Timely claim settlement of all associates after verification. Appointing new franchisee and Sales executive. Dealer development by providing display materials and improving display of stocks. Data analysis and improvisation based on observations and findings.
