That dream began to take shape in 1998 when, at just 26, I bootstrapped the launch of Paramount Software Solutions to address the technology skill shortage in the U.S. Over the years, Paramount has evolved into a leading provider of IT and technology services, offering consulting, implementation, cloud integration, infrastructure management, and cybersecurity solutions across a broad range of sectors.During crises, like the Y2K panic and the dot-com bust, I focused on delivering superior capabilities to clients while fostering an industry-leading work environment for our team. Our commitment to excellence made us a market-leader in the IT staffing industry with over 300 employees and a reach that extends into emerging technology product development.In 2022, I launched Farm To Plate, an innovative tech startup born out of Paramount’s Emerging Technologies division. Our mission at Farm To Plate is to revolutionize and promote greater sustainability within food supply chains. Farm To Plate uses Blockchain and IoT solutions to address the marginalization of small farmers and producers, enabling them to compete by ensuring transparency, regulatory compliance, and alignment with evolving consumer preferences for ethical and sustainable food sources.Our goal is simple yet profound: to build a transparent, sustainable, and trusted food supply chain that benefits producers and consumers, ensuring that every product’s journey from farm to plate is one of integrity.Throughout my career, I've been driven by business success and a philosophy that champions responsibility and innovation. This has led to Paramount’s active involvement in CSR initiatives, including partnerships with organizations, like Sewa International and the International Community School of Georgia.My efforts have been recognized with numerous accolades, including the 'ACG Organic Growth Award' (2019), the 2016 'TAG Excalibur Award', and Paramount being named on Fast Company’s 'Best Workplaces for Innovators' list in 2022.
