As the Head- Actuated Valves function at L&T Valves, I am responsible for the global business of actuated valves (Pneumatic on-off, MOVs i.e Electric, Electro hydraulic and Gas over oil actuators operated) ensuring order inflow and margin targets are met. It involves managing Technical Sales , Inside sales function, leading cross functional teams ( Proposals, Project Management, Supply Chain, Engineering) developing actuator and accessories vendors, leading pre-sales teams, and supporting engineering and testing of automated valves.I provide technical and functional leadership to valve automation function and have expertise in proposals ,design, assemble and test optimal valve and actuator systems that meet stringent customer requirements and specifications. I collaborate with cross-functional teams across the globe and ensure the quality and timeliness of deliverables, such as proposals, Quotations ,3D general arrangement drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, and functional test sheets.
