I decided to build Unbox Robotics after spending time on the other side of the table as a customer, evaluating and deploying warehouse robotics/automation solutions at Flipkart. We need space-efficient Robotics and Automation technologies that require a smaller warehousing footprint and are incredibly agile to deploy and scale up.Unbox Robotics offers a full-stack robotics system to help logistics players increase their parcel/item sorting and order consolidation productivity using much lesser warehousing area with a swarm of 3D sorting robots. Built Unbox Robotics' Product (version 1) at HAX.

★ Introduced & managed country's first robot based sortation system deployment with a great team at Flipkart to achieve 2x+ productivity jump with 100+ robots. Managed the project from technology partner selection to deployment on ground. The team won "Kool and the Gang Award" for successful deployment of this innovative project. Drove multiple robotics initiatives at Flipkart sortation centers and fulfilment centers from business case creation to deployment on ground. ★ Led supply chain design projects with internal stakeholders and outside vendors to improve process efficiency in Distribution and Fulfillment centers. ★ Enabled accurate way of volume & weight profiling of shipments using laser and image based technology solutions, stopping potential revenue loss of ~$12 million annually. ★ Won “The Adaptor Award” for cross-functional collaboration in high impact project which clocks in potentially ~$1 million additional revenue for e-kart.★ Deployed material handling automation projects to reduce cost and improve productivity in fulfilment centers and distribution centers. ★ Contributed in technical assessments to strategic decision-making relating to technology and investments. ★ Developed Automation Philosophy guide to define right technology solutions, targeting warehouse and sorting automation. ★ Collaborated with research institutes, startups and leading technology organizations to optimize the overall supply chain logistics process.

Worked on a project, which was under a Member of the Parliament, targeting critical issue of Farmers Indebtedness and Crop Insurance in India.

★ Provolv was a spin-off startup from Maxus, focusing on sport of cricket through IoT. I joined as an intern and later got promoted to be the co-founder/potential CEO of Provolv. ★ Spearheaded the initial development of Provolv (IoT Based Startup) ★ Worked on Business Development of Provolv in Commonwealth countries.★ Helped the team to get into IoT Accelerator in Hong Kong.

★ Designed Automated Storage-Retrieval system for Tongue & Groove Rings of Polar Satellite Launch Vehicles of Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO).★ Designed a process to mechanise the weld-seam grinding on the periphery of 17m, to reduce process time & operator fatigue.★ Conceptualized & developed database management program with MS-Visual Studio & C# for management of production log in manufacturing shop floor of Aerospace department.

Fool’s Gold: Underwater Robotics ★ Led the team to develop an underwater robot & organised an unique underwater robotic event to design the best waterproof robot that will pick up loads and transfer them from one level to another efficiently.
