• Analyzing the component and preparing fixture concept using Auto CAD and Solid works.• Detail design for the component will be done considering Tooling, Type of machine & its accessories, sequence of operations and Automation involved in the same• Calculation of cycle time for all the operations in the fixture and finding the required tools for the respective fixture arrangement.• Quote for the fixture depending on market fluctuations. • Interacting with the customer on a regular basis to get the design approval.• Preparation of complete hydraulic circuit.

• Review the Design and Development of fixture from starting of the project till Fixture prove out. • Handelling a team of designers and manufacturers for the Detail design and development of the fixture.• Was involved in the quality measures and taking corrective actions if any to deliver quality products to the customers.
