Entrepreneur and French LanguageTrainer in the field of Language training. Managing a German Language training Centre (Level A1, A2 and B1) in my Centre. This venture has been an opportunity to put into practice, the hands on Management experience learnt on the field in my two decade long stint in some of the leading IT and ITES Organisations. My recent addition is a DELF A2 Certification in French from Alliance Francaise. B2 level completed. Recent inclusion is French language A1 training at our Academy. I personally take French language training. Passionate about sharing my experience of best practices in Industry with Undergraduate and PG students in Educational institutions.My past corporate experience from where i draw the experiences are from RMG practices and Recruitment. Having experienced the Demand supply gap on a day to basis has demanded from me a complete array of strategic and operational approaches. Currently playing the role of an Entrepreneur in the field of Language training. Associated closely with a few dynamic Management Consultancy firms and contributing in the Employablity skills enhancement inititiative space with Educational institutions. Leveraging the experience acquired in Talent Management to build a robust and effective mid sized Organisation. Interpretation of the market dynamics through the Supply Chain network and Relationship Management with key stakeholders are where the challenge lies in any enterprise.
