CurrentMaintain expert level of product knowledge and application, especially in the telecom network applications domains such as Fiber-To-The-Home (FTTH), Home Networking and/or Fixed Wireless Access, etc.Provide design and specification development support to customer’s engineering team.Resolve customer issues or difficulties in a manner that is consistent with the company mission, values, and financial objectives.Provide status of ongoing projects and future projects, and coordinate the internal and external resource to support the customer.Articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users.Listen, understand and convey customer requirements.Support the product management to respond the functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPsMaintain professional business relationships within target accounts.
