• Hands on experience in Recruiting/Consulting and staffing with clients all over USA, UK, Asia Pacific and Middle East.
• Take responsibilities to undertake ad-hoc (Active & Passive searches) when required.
• Planning and structuring of job advertisements on job portals;
• Speaking to candidate to find out whether they are suitable as per the Clients requirement and also to know their interest
