Current- Involved in Total life cycle of Recruitment issues like Sourcing, identifying, screening, interviewing and place technical personnel in contract, contract-to-hire and permanent positions in the Information Technology.
- Well Knowledge of U.S market rates with respect to the salary and Tax Terms and required H1 processing and other benefits
- Evaluate and qualify candidate’s strengths in relation to client’s requirements and conduct preliminary technical interviews.
- Responsible for recruiting, interviewing and staffing qualified IT professionals on a contractual/or permanent basis.
- Utilize various recruiting tools like Dice, Monster, Corp-corp, and other professional job boards to source and identify qualified candidates.
