Highly experienced offshore and England & Wales qualified Barrister (Called 1992, Inner Temple - dual practicing status) & Attorney (Admitted 2014, Cayman Islands). Presently with a highly reputed medium sized firm in the Cayman Islands.Civil litigation is my core work: a broad spectrum covering lots of areas including business advice and commercial litigation, but with an extensive and experienced background in employment, property and family laws as well.With an MBA background, the focus is on providing clear, succinct, practical and commercial advice. Putting theory into practice I do (a little unusually) also have experience of actually conceptualising, creating and running some online businesses. More uniquely still I relocated to the Cayman Islands to gain hands-on offshore experience and now have over nine years of experience in the Cayman Islands.Always willing to learn, to tackle the unfamiliar, and open to opportunities to broaden my horizons and experience further still. As a practicing Barrister and Attorney, I am very able to work alone on any piece of work whilst also coordinating and adding to a team of professionals.
