• Based on production plans for the week, checking for availability of raw materials and packing materials.• Monitored inventory levels to ensure adequate stock of materials for uninterrupted production operations• Reviewed raw data and production trend forecasts to effectively plan operations.• Participate and adhere to all EHS improvements and check safety issues, which are captured and, based on severity, try to close as soon as possible (Emergency situation, permit to work, Mock drill training).• Follow up plant safety requirement and exhibit positive behaviour in safety.• Converting planned orders into process orders with the help of SAP.• Raise the work order for the maintenance department by SAP system and try to complete on lead time.• Review and update BMR, ECR’s BPR, logbook and production activity is going as per GMP.• Follow up shift instruction/Manager instruction and complete the task on given time (Production report, Safety issue, Ideas to reality, TVC count).• Responsible for achieving production targets and quality of the products as per company norms, and ensuring optimum utilization of raw material, manpower, and other resources.• To coordinate with Maintenance, Utility, Q/C, and Q/A departments for daily samples and results daily.• To record the production data, material consumption, wastage, minor stoppages, and optimize the process, attack on losses, and improvement in the yield• Facilitated various root cause failure analysis investigations about safety and equipment failure.• Check physical inventory counts each month.• Handling of various qualification during project “Installation, qualification, process.• Familiar with DC’s and Scada system.• Complete ownership of equipment like CIP system ,formulation ,formulation, blender ,filling(JC, barrel ,IBC)

• Handling of various type operation like Ethoxylation, Propoxylation and other petrochemical • reaction• Daily production planning as per customer demands & Priority with available resources and• Update production record.• Transferring of ethylene oxide and propylene oxide from tanker to storage tank with high safety precaution.• Check equipment’s and connected accessories for cleanliness and operate them as per the process norms • To allocate work & handle a team of operators & helpers in various shifts. • Responsible for achieving production targets & quality of the products as per company norms and ensure optimum utilization of raw material, manpower and other resources.• To conduct New Product Development scale up trial with collaboration R&D Team ● Provide suggestions to the R & D team for current process optimization.

• Handling of various type operation like Ethoxylation, • Propoxylation, Phenol and other petrochemical reactions. • Uplifting minor stoppages, breakdowns, maintaining on daily basis activities & for audit document.• Coordinate with the other dept. (Instrumentation, Maintenance, Quality Control) for smooth running of the plant. • Calibration of various Pressure tank, flow meter and flow controller. (Hydro, pressure test)• Supervised batch charging and verification of batch and maintain batch production record.
