The system is crucial for handling postpaid and billing-based bonus calculations across various partner systems.Key highlights include:★ Migrated the INCA application to AWS with secure VPC configurations and optimized performance for real-time calculations.★ Integrated Kerberos authentication in the PaCoMa application using tools like ForgeRock and SailPoint, ensuring enhanced security and compliance.★ Set up comprehensive monitoring and logging with the ELK stack for seamless system health checks and proactive incident management.★ Enhanced approval workflows within the EIM system, streamlining manual data imports and payments processes.This project was a great opportunity to blend legacy system knowledge with modern cloud and DevOps practices, resulting in a more scalable, secure, and efficient infrastructure.

Ingest documents that have been exported from Staffware IW system in Staffware FileNet repository on E2E Domain. These documents will stored in dedicated document class and will available to the Pega UI by executing searches using the existing middleware services. A reconciliation database will be updated for each document added to track the migration of the documents. EMJ is an environment where Business emails ingest to system every day and get archived in storage for future reference. There is also have an eDM application associated in this environment to view/search the cases.• Installed and configured FileNet 5.2 components, including Content Engine (CE), ICC, CSS, and eDM applications in the EMJ environment within high-availability clusters using WebSphere Application Server (WAS) 8.5.• Configured business-specific setups to support the migration from Staffware to Pega, ensuring smooth transition and operational continuity.• Performed FileNet system upgrades by applying the latest fix packs and patches for all FileNet components to maintain system stability and security.• Restored Oracle servers and established connectivity with FileNet applications, ensuring data integrity and seamless integration.• Created and managed database objects like tables, views, materialized views, procedures, and packages using Oracle tools such as Toad, PL/SQL Developer, and SQL* Plus, optimizing database performance and reliability.

I had the opportunity to work a complex migration project for Westpac, where we successfully transitioned their Business Process Management (BPM) and Content Management (CM) solutions from legacy FileNet 3.5 to a newly built FileNet 5.1 environment. The project involved consolidating multiple business-critical applications across different data centers into a unified platform, delivering enhanced performance and high availability.Key Highlights:Scope of Migration: The migration involved three key platforms:BT Platform: Hosted at 275 Kent Street, servicing TULO (Transaction & Unsecured Lending Operations), IO (International Operations), and ULO (Unsecured Lending Operations).UMI Platform: Hosted at Westpac Data Centre, servicing CLO (Consumer Loans Originations) and MLR (Master Letter Repository), with fallback to East Chatswood.St George Platform: Though considered for future rationalization, this platform was not in scope for the current project.Platform Consolidation: We streamlined various applications and business units, migrating them onto a single, robust FileNet 5.1 platform. This involved ensuring seamless operations with high availability, as demanded by business operations.Data Center Strategy: Post-migration, Westpac now operates out of two primary data centers:WSDC : Configured as the primary site for TULO/IO applications.RCC : Serving as the primary site for CLO, MLR, and Oregon UML applications, with WSDC functioning as the DR site.This migration project not only modernized Westpac’s workflow and content management infrastructure but also provided a more reliable, high-availability environment aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives.
