I have 16+ years of experience assisting individuals with disabilities in finding meaningful employment. My expertise includes establishing vocational rehabilitation units for adults with disabilities, assessing and planning vocational training programs for teens and adults, and advising students on smooth transitions. I am particularly interested in integrating persons with disabilities into the community by providing in-house training, conducting employment surveys, and placing students in relevant workplaces. I specialize in offering on-the-job training to assist people learn the skills they need to operate effectively in their current environment.
