 Design and development of Ground handling equipment’s for Su-30MKI fighter aircraft manufactured under Russian technology transfer agreements, Procurement and commissioning of various test-stands and test panels – Hydraulic / Pneumatic and Electrical. Training of technicians and end users on usage of GHE & Test panels with trouble shooting exercises with optimal and appropriate solutions, Carried out Price negotiation with vendors/sub-contractors for supply of aviation products without compromising project deadlines. Stage inspection at vendor sites to monitor quality and progress of the Purchase orders placed for aviation products, Coordinated production meeting with Engineering team and manufacturing shops to monitor supply of GSE without time or cost slippage. Managed work groups in Facility Generation department to get maximum work output and man hour utilization.
