CurrentRojgar Lab has started as a result of my 25 years of passion, experience and exposure to contribute to the corporate.The organisation has a single point objective of placing the right person at the right place whether it is Rural or Urban.We intend to make this happen through different offerings like the Rural rider, Urban Rider, Career guidance and Business guidance modules. My experience in technical and Non technical staffing, and analysis on hiring processes in different industries have inspired me to start the company with my own capacity and with a mission to have a flaw-less recruitment. . We started Rural Rider targeting the employment seekers, both self-employed and job hunters, in the unorganized sectors specifically in rural areas. These are the segments that are clueless and misled as they lack the required literacy level to effectively market themselves and thus are subject to constant exploitation.Rural Rider of Rojgar Lab through its localized “Rojgar hubs” in the interior villages therefore, bears a vision to become a catalyst between the employer and employees and place 1,00,000 rural youth by the end of the year 2019.The product is recognized and mentored by NSRCEL of IIM-Bangalore having an aspiration of reaching out to all the rural segments in India.Urban Rider of Rojgar Lab targets the urban sector and is shortly launching www.pushmypfofile.com which would help IT professionals to decide or opt their own expertise technology, their aspiration for specific project or organisation, rather getting confused by recruiters. It is going to be a bridge between Project managers and consultants. It would be an independent interactive platform with no third party staffing company’s involvement.
