With over 14 years of experience as a chartered accountant, and an insolvency professional, I have developed a strong expertise in finance and law, delivering optimal solutions for companies facing financial distress or insolvency.In this multifaceted role, I handle and manage multiple debt restructuring cases, develop and implement resolution plans, represent clients at the National Company Law Tribunal, and provide insolvency law advisory services. I collaborate effectively with diverse and cross-functional teams, including senior management, investors, creditors, regulators, and legal professionals, leveraging my communication, leadership, and team management skills. Additionally, I have served as the President of the Karnataka State Chartered Accountants Association, where I led several initiatives to create and complement the value proposition of the CA profession. My mission is to help companies navigate the intricacies of insolvency and restructuring, and to contribute to the development and growth of the insolvency profession in India.
