Passenger ticket sales (fare, tax, fees and commission) from all sales locations, passenger and ancillary revenues and any corresponding adjustments, travel certificate liability, Monitor data from multiple systems and departments, detailing ongoing discussion of financial results, evaluation of industry trends and internal company policies as related to key accounts, along with anticipated future financial impacts.Review, discuss and approve monthly account results to validate controls are in place and effective to minimize adverse financial exposure to the company Includes investigation, in depth research of account details, directing other departments and staff in these activities, discussion of operational departments processing and systems output and the resulting financial impacts.Provide accounts for testing by internal and external auditors with documentation for variances in activity and discussion of issues. Coordinate and submit the annual Revenue Accounting operating expense budget, providing forecasts and responding to variances. Provide revenue accounting expertise and coordination between various financial and technology departments.With the announcement of new company programs, review and integrate new data and its processing with existing accounting systems. Serve as key provider for training and accounting knowledge for variety of accounts, special projects, other departments' requests for information, and external auditors. Provide senior management documentation of complex issues that require specialized Revenue Accounting knowledge. Participate in building and integrating new Revenue Accounting systems, included discussion of issues and accounting requires, and the review and documentation of business requirements. This includes making recommendations for system functionality and controls, and the design of new accounting reports.
