Human Resources Manager for an historic, family owned bakery, world famous for its Deluxe Fruitcake. Led a team consisting of 2 HR specialists, responsible for the full scope of HR management, to include recruiting, hiring, onboarding, retention, payroll administration, benefits administration, and compliance, among others. Completely revamped the HR department by inserting technical efficiencies and gradually shifting from a culture of manual procedures to a culture of HR excellence. Utilized the Paycor HRIS platform to maximize our recruiting efforts and streamline our onboarding processes, resulting in one of the best recruiting years in the Company's 126 year history. Reduced overtime expenses by 30K in the first pay period of "2023 Fruitcake Season" and saved the bakery another 30K by successfully recruiting and hiring a new Director of Operations without the help of a professional recruitment agency.

Departed in January 2020 due to health concerns at the onset the COVID-19 Pandemic.

Facility Administrator (FA) in charge of the DaVita Upper Valley Dialysis Center, a 25 chair facility that serves 144 Hemodialysis patients and 6 peritoneal dialysis patients with Acute Kidney Injury (AKI) and End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). Managed complete operation and performance of this joint venture clinic. Primary duties and responsibilities included profit & loss management, budget, expense forecasting, managing vendor relationships, ordering supplies, and monitoring clinical compliance. Directly supervised 25 teammates, both clinical and administrative. Directly coordinated with the Medical Director on all aspects of facility health management and governing body actions. Utilized Workday HRIS to manage hiring, onboarding and payroll operations for my team. I left this role in order to relocate to Corsicana, TX for my husband's job as a Texas State Game Warden.

Led various teams in the execution of Healthcare Operations at multiple Behavioral Health and Primary Care clinics. Served as the Project Manager for the Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) implementation across Fort Hood, Texas from 2014-2017. successfully leading all eight facilities to achieve National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) Certification. Directed various other performance improvement initiatives throughout my 9 years in the Medical Service Corps, from Access to Care campaigns to Quality Assurance Programs. Upon completion of my assignment in 2017 I retired from the US Army.
