Current• Project Management• Procurement Management• liaise with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project• liaise with the local authority (where appropriate to the project) to ensure compliance with local construction regulations and by-laws.• Communicate with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress.• Ensure the implementation of corporate procedures and project specific procedures for project planning a control within the organization. • Directs and coordinates activities of Project Engineers and Technicians to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed timeline and budget.• Initiates and reviews proposals and sales activities as well as leads and participates in interviews and presentations.• Project Acceptance, Project Delivery and Closure on timely.
