Handling the operation department of Modern Trade and Institutions. Coordinating with the team at Pan India level. Coordinating with Supply chain for delivery, meeting with super distributors, distributors for converting them into partners. Meeting with Modern Trade Category Managers and Purchase Managers for introduction of the products and convincing them for the same. Provide training and knowledge about products and sales pitch to the team. Encouraging and motivating the team for more sales and closure.
