Job Details and Responsibilities: Involved in Borouge 4 IPMT for XLPE2 Package as a Engineering & Commissioning Lead. Responsible for overseeing and leading all Electrical Engineering activities with highest technical quality standards and facilitate to the EPC Contractor by providing the clear guidance and resolution of technical issues to ensure that project objectives are met with Project philosophies, specifications, codes, local regulatory requirements and safe practices. - Review / Validate Contractor & Vendor submitted all Engineering deliverables through Aconex & Bluebeam equipped with 33KV Power Feeding and its Tie-in activities, Equipment sizing, Electrical Load List, Datasheets, Electrical Layouts of Equipment, Earthing & Lighting as per Project SOW of various Equipment of Transformers rated 16/20MVA, EDGs, AC & DC UPS, PFCC, various VSD operated Motors rated 3.5 MW and in depth review of Power System Analysis including Arc Flash Studies and E-HAZOP. - Validate Contractor proposed all TQ & CR, participate in Weekly Design Review meeting of IPMT Engineering Leads from all other Packages and Borouge TA & other Project stack holders in addressing Electrical issues where requiring effective communication for Internal alignment with Contractors to accomplish organizational goals effectively and facilitate to produce timely deliverables to meet project milestones. - Review & validate Contractor submitted all FAT & SAT Procedures, responsible for Testing & Pre-Commissioning & Functional checking of all Electrical Equipment equipped with Transformers, HV & LV Switchgear, Stability Test of Cable & Transformer Differential & REF, AC & DC UPS, Batteries & its Charging & Discharging Tests, VFD Systems of various HV & LV Motors, Plant Lighting and Earthing & Lightning Protection System, overall Electrical HV & LV Tie-in Activities & Substation Energization Plan.
