Worked towards converting a traditional real estate company into a professional IPC. Worked on deploying a CRM. Leveraged data available to develop targeted pricing and marketing strategies. Increased the lead to buyer conversion ratio from 0.3% to 1.8% and marketing expense to project cost ratio by 8%.

Led a team of 22 engineers and 28 associates at ITC's oldest snacks and noodles factory.Responsible for ensuring production compliance while creating new benchmarks in manufacturing cost.Drove cost-cutting projects in the factory and solved a few perennial problems.Significant Achievement: National food safety Award for the deployment of safe manufacturing practices through automation & infrastructure improvement. Led a team of about 60 managers and 180 workmen to win for ITC Haridwar the first National food safety award, conferred by CII.

Had undergone training across verticals of sales, marketing, Product development, supply chain andoperations. Worked with the business COO in a team of 4 during the planning period to analyzecosts for the business during FY 18-19 and calculate COGS for the upcoming year.Important projects involve - Extensive Competition study, Reducing pack fillingdefects by 65%.

Made paradigm changes to the existing supply chain of wheat grain for India’s biggest wheat flour brand “Aashirwaad”. Conducted in-depth analysis of supply chain processes, identified inefficiencies, and recommended process improvements resulting in thesesignificant cost savings. Increased the wheat grain dispatch rate by ~ 200%.

Designed and Fabricated Kraken 4.0, the smallest AUV in India, making it a first of it's kind with dome front for hydrodynamic adherence.
