As a Senior Software Developer on the Cloud Services Team, I lead initiatives and technical projects focused on the design and implementation of complex systems architecture that span multiple teams across the organization. My role emphasizes effective communication and fostering cross-team collaboration, which are essential for ensuring high code quality and seamless integration of our systems.Key Projects:• Re-engineered a system to optimize provisioning time for the company’s flagship product, reducing the process from 35-60 minutes to under one minute, positively impacting over 8,500 customers• Designed and implemented a product lifecycle management system for managing the creation, deletion, and archival of company products, enabling synchronization of product data across multiple teams, with a reach of over 16,000 customers• Developed a scheduling system that automates complex administrative tasks for clients, including validation, monitoring, and notification processes• Created a large-scale 'Configuration Governance' service to monitor and manage server configurations of product servers maintained by our existing systemsAdditionally, I have taken on the responsibility of mentoring junior developers and new team members, providing thorough onboarding on the codebase, system architecture, team practices, and tools.

As a full-stack software developer on the Cloud Services Team I am responsible for the design, implementation and maintenance of multiple systems (The Cloud Management System and Product Orchestration Manager) that allow for the monitoring, alerting and hosting of SOTI’s product suite to AWS and Azure cloud services. These systems are based on the .NET/.NET Core frameworks, C#, SQL Server, Angular and utilize AWS and Azure SDKs and Tools. My responsibilities include designing, developing, documenting, code reviewing and testing the various features and microservices required for these cloud management systems. I also regularly participate in cross-team discussions involving various stakeholders as the nature of these management systems affect all SOTI products at multiple levels. Along with my daily developer activities, I also a member of SOTI’s Global Panel Interview Committee as a technical software interviewer.

As a Junior Full Stack Developer on the Cloud Services Team, I am responsible for developing and maintaining critical internal web platforms utilizing microservices architecture with .NET Frameworks, Angular, and AWS tools, all within an Agile/Scrum framework. I collaborate closely with the CloudOps team to design and sustain system and product infrastructure across both AWS and Azure platforms. Additionally, I prioritize the creation of comprehensive unit and integration tests using SpecFlow to ensure the highest standards of code quality.

As a software developer on the Android Goalie Team, I was responsible for investigating, developing and implementing code solutions for product issues related to the Android OS Platform. Alongside my daily duties, I completed various internal company projects throughout the co-op term . I also collaborated on a 12-month intern entrepreneurial project, with the purpose of emulating a tech start-up to produce an organizational web application for university students.
