Career Highlights:Current Role and Responsibilities: Creating and Processing Salary reports. Preparation of Comprehensive payroll end to end for all categories of employees. Maintaining trackers and reports like leaves, referrals, incentive schemes, mediclaim, and accidental insurance coverage. Handling confirmation, appraisal & performance appraisal system. Framing and issuing confirmation and increment letters.  Coordinating with the recruitment team for preparation of Offer letters and Break ups if required. Compensation and payment administration of variable pays, incentives, bonuses etc from HR end. Managing project allowances, Nightshift allowance, Travel policies and ESOP related activities.  Doing joining formailities and full and final settlement along with Exit Formalities. To maintain & update personal records of the employees, assisting in Payroll management, Time keeping records, Loan & Advance records of the employees.  Handling Mediclaim for all the employees in the organization. Preparation of Resources statement and updating Employees Database. Updating skill Matrix of workers Identifying training needs and Arranging training as per the requirement. Preparation of monthly and quarterly MIS pertaining to employee statistics, manpower headcount and attrition analysis, as per management requirement.  Assisting in formalizing and implementing HR Procedure, processes and policies. Responsible in ensuring that the processes confirm to quality standards of ISO 9001-2000 standards. Single point of contact for HR related queries, grievance handling and resolving. Handled Campus Interview. Location: Pune for GIS Division. Was core HR team member in final technical panel. Handling some part of US-HR such as visa extensions, following up with Attorney, their health and Eye insurance, payroll processing for HR end etc. Reporting to GM - HR.Specialties: Over 6+ years of experience in HR and related filed.
