Naukri, Monster India, social media etc.• Prequalified candidates’ relevant experience, skills, soft skills and knowledge according to the requirement.• Conducted initial HR interviews & checked technical skills, communication skills, interest levels, salary expectations, need for relocation etc of the candidate.• Maintained a healthy candidate pipeline and generated qualified candidates through various recruiting methods.• Sourced passive candidates using social media and What App groups etc.
