- Maintaining Inventory of received records, Scanning & Digitization and processing the requests received from the various clients.
- Accurately classifying document types per rules sets provided and processing document information into the system accurately and ensuring that everything is input in a timely manner.
- Working and communicating confidently within a multi-cultural environment and with all levels of the organization
- Maintaining levels of productivity and quality based on department standards
- Escalating any serious operational issues immediately to the Data Entry Team Leader.
