I am the integration of my father's aspirations, my mother's admiration, my sister's confidence, and my grandparents' joy. My identity can also be shaped by my life experiences, profession, emotions, and goals that stem from my childhood filled with badminton and Carnatic music.As a school team captain, I demonstrated proactive and altruistic leadership, ensuring our participation with less than half the team compared to others. Our dedication led to the team's first "Best All-Rounders" award in 30 years. Additionally, I advocated for an industry-inclusive curriculum in university, collaborating with seven more industries. This initiative expanded my horizons as I worked closely with a professor on industrial analysis and greywater treatment methods across ten city restaurants.I believe that time is the currency that represents one's GDP. Motivated by the disheartening sight of classmates celebrating birthdays in orphanages and sensing the sadness in children's faces, I founded "Reliable Time", a community to mobilize volunteers, educate, and engage with them. As a sports team lead and cultural branch head, I expanded this practice to 300 peers across various college branches. Now, it's a regular occurrence, covering almost every day of the year for 2-3 orphanages with around 100 children. During my university years pursuing environmental engineering, I led a team of four as a project head, managing time and effort effectively, resulting in the highest grades.The COVID-19 pandemic gave me the opportunity to transition between various roles, including architectural designer, educator, researcher, and content creator. This experience strengthened my interest in managing resources and problem-solving. The following two-year preparation for the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) significantly bolstered my insights and emotional intelligence.To me, obtaining an MBA catalyzes refining a well-rounded managerial skill set, ultimately enhancing the credibility of my professional profile.
